Today was a day out to a theme parc. I decided to travel light, and leaveleft my trusty D200 at home. Yes, I traveled so light that I was a featherweight. The only cam I brought was the one in my phone (a Nokia E51). The idea behind my bold move is that the best camera you have is the one you got with you. My conclusion? I call bullshit! I wish I had brought my D200. Me, I’m not impressed by the images. Grainy, blurry, distorted and flat. Everything I expected from a phonecam. I had to enhance them a little (Vibrance & Contrast) to be able to show what’s visible. Yes I also post process my other images, but this was ridiculous. I didn’t apply any noise removal because I was afraid I’d loose all detail!
