This thing has been in my toolbox since I was 16 or so. It has been used and abused for many tasks. It has been known to work as a hammer, screwdriver, wire stripper and even as a knife. I’d once tried to grind it with a way to coarse grindstone and it is rather rough but getting better after loads more grinding with a finer stone. One of those things which have a sentimental and practical value but no monetary value, I think it cost less than 10 euro’s back then. After the paintjob gone bad I decided to rip all the paint of and start over. Well, start over probably some other time, wintersport is about six weeks away so I want to get some time using this thing and not spent more time painting it. I couldn’t find a paint stripper or actually couldn’t recall if I even have one so I used this knife to scrape the paint off.
Shot with 2 flashes, strobist style. One gridded and one gelled with CTO.
