Whether you like it or not, rules are everywhere. Starting from one people to the many, rules apply. From implicit to explicit, from simple to social, from legal to religious. And within a certain context they either apply to everyone or no one.
Within the context of “my Split Second”, a number of rules apply. So there’s a need for the legal disclaimers and small print. This being our first collaborative site, we started enforcing these rules very loosely. We hope to keep it that way, but that’s all up to you! And as time goes by, we expect that the rules will change. Therefor, this set of rules will be a living entity. Remember, in the end, the boss is always right!
But enough with the yapping. Below are the rules you have to apply to live by if you want to post your images here!
- The first rule of “my Split Second” is: you do talk about “my Split Second”.
- The second rule of “my Split Second” is: you DO talk about “my Split Second”!
- If someone says stop, goes off-line, taps out, the posting is over.
- One image per day.
- One post at a time.
- No archive shots, no post-processing updates.
- Postings will go on as long as they have to.
- If this is your first day at “my Split Second”, you have to post.
If these rules somehow seem familiar, there’s a reason! You just have to look for it.
